Problem
MoroBoro sells durable canvas and nylon bags with a timeless look, but had no sales channel of its own and didn't want to depend on marketplaces. The brand needed a store that carries the same calm as the product and makes buying just as simple.
Solution
A webshop with clean collection and product pages for both lines, a smooth checkout with the usual payment methods, free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands plus delivery to neighbouring countries, order tracking, a clear returns process, and a newsletter for new drops. Bilingual Dutch-English, as tight on mobile as on desktop.
Result
Customers buy directly from the brand, track their own orders, and stay up to date on new collections through the newsletter, without a middleman platform.
