Problem

Boetehelp wants to stop drivers with a traffic fine or summons from guessing about their options. It needed a site that explains what you can do per situation, makes sending in documents easy, and makes clear that legal expenses insurance usually covers all costs.

Solution

A clear site with a page per type of offence (speeding, alcohol, phone use behind the wheel, hit-and-run, and more), an upload flow without an account (a photo, scan, or PDF is enough), transparent information on rates and procedure, an FAQ, and direct contact options. Available in Dutch and French.

Result

Visitors find their situation right away, send in their document in a few clicks, and know within 24 hours where they stand; the firm receives structured case files instead of loose emails.

What we did

The main building blocks of the project, from research to post-launch follow-up.

SEO foundation

Competitor and keyword analysis translated into topic clusters: for every traffic situation a page that answers what people actually google.

Bilingual on two domains

boetehelp.be and amendehelp.be run on a single codebase, with translated URLs per language and correct hreflang links between both.

Upload flow without an account

A photo, scan or PDF is enough. On mobile the upload button opens the camera directly, and files are deleted automatically after forwarding.

Conversion-focused design

TL;DR blocks, fine tables, step-by-step plans and situation-specific calls to action, with Google reviews as a trust signal on every landing page.

Measurable funnel

Analytics events across the entire upload funnel plus a server-side conversion counter, so visitors who decline cookies still count in the totals.

Search Console and rich results

Sitemaps, indexing follow-up and structured data for the FAQs and the firm, ready for rich results in Google.

Structured case files by email

Every submission arrives as an organised file with attachments in the firm’s mailbox, with an automatic confirmation to the client in their own language.

Ongoing follow-up

After launch we keep measuring and adjusting: from load times and indexing to conversion per page.
