How we work
We keep it simple: a short call, clear agreements, build, and delivery. Below you’ll read how each step works and what to expect along the way.
Step 1: Intro call
You tell us what you need and we ask a few questions. You’ll quickly know if it’s a fit.
The first conversation is free and without obligation, by phone or a short call. We mostly want to understand what your problem is and what a solution should deliver. Technology comes later.
If the question isn’t a fit for us, we say so honestly. Better a short ‘no’ than a long project that goes nowhere.
Step 2: Scope & estimate
We write down what we’ll build (and what we won’t), the timeline, and a realistic cost range. Then you decide.
You get a proposal with a clear scope: which screens and features are in, which deliberately aren’t, and in what order we build. So you know where you stand before we start.
The estimate of cost and timeline comes with it. If the scope changes along the way, we discuss it first. No surprises on the invoice afterwards.
Step 3: Build & iterate
We build in small steps and share working versions regularly. Feedback goes straight into the next iteration.
You see progress along the way: a link to a test environment or a short demo. That keeps the project tangible and lets you steer before we’ve built too much.
Questions or new ideas along the way are normal. Small adjustments we simply fold in; bigger changes we discuss first so the schedule stays realistic.
Step 4: Handover & next steps
We launch, do a short handover, and agree on what happens next: support, updates, or a clean handoff.
Delivery includes a short walkthrough for you and your team, so everyone knows how things work. Where useful we document, so knowledge doesn’t stay with one person.
After that, it’s your call: support and updates through us, or a handover to your own team. The code is yours and you’re not locked in.
What you can expect from us
Clear agreements
Scope, cost, and planning on paper before we start. If something changes, we discuss it first.
A single point of contact
You talk directly to the person building. Short lines, fast answers, no layers in between.
Honest advice
Even when that means: build less, use something that already exists, or wait a while. We advise what moves you forward.
After delivery
We don’t disappear after launch. Defects you report within 30 days of delivery are fixed free of charge. That simply comes with solid work.
For the longer term, we agree on what fits your situation: support and updates through us, an occasional check-up, or a full handover to your own team. Whatever we agree, we put on paper.
Tell us what you want to build
A web app, a mobile app, a website, or an integration: write a short note about what you have in mind and what’s in your way today. We read every message ourselves and reply in person.
