Privacy policy

The data controller is MM Software Solutions; Atlas Coding is the brand name on this site. Full business details (name, VAT number, address) are in the footer at the bottom of every page. Questions about your data? Use the contact form on the Contact page.

When you submit the contact form, we process what you fill in yourself: name, email address, project type and the content of your message. In addition, our hosting partner records technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs for site operation and security.

We only set strictly necessary cookies. With your consent in the cookie banner we load Google Analytics to anonymously measure visits. No consent = no analytics. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so the banner does not reappear every visit. You can change your preference at any time via the ‘Cookie settings’ button at the bottom of the page.

Formspree processes your form submissions so they reach us (privacy policy at formspree.io). Google Analytics measures visits with consent, with IP anonymisation enabled. If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

We keep form submissions no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry or request, unless legal obligations require longer (e.g. for invoicing). Technical logs are rotated automatically by our hosting partner.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Send your request via the contact form on the Contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
