Private Asset Tracker

A tracker for exactly the investments mainstream portfolio apps cannot handle: angel deals, VC and EIS funds, P2P and property loans, private credit.

Problem

Investing outside the public markets leaves you with nothing to track. Mainstream portfolio apps assume listed positions with a live price, so these investments end up in a spreadsheet: principal and periods kept by hand, recalculated after every payout, until nobody can tell which period is actually overdue.

Solution

A web app that keeps two kinds of position apart. Income assets get a schedule: enter principal, target yield, frequency, and dates once, the app generates every period and you confirm what actually arrived. Growth assets have no schedule and no yield; their value moves only through events you log. No bank or platform connections, no prices, and a current value that never rises above what you put in.

Result

The spreadsheet is replaced by one view that shows per period what is confirmed, upcoming or overdue, and puts actual yield next to target yield, worked out from what really came in.

Income assets on a schedule

Enter principal, target yield, frequency, and dates once; every period is generated and you confirm the amount that actually landed.

Growth assets on events

No schedule and nothing invented in between: deposits, withdrawals, profits, and write-downs together determine the position.

What you hoped to earn sits beside what the payouts actually returned, worked out from the confirmed amounts.

Overdue kept separate

Confirmed, upcoming, and overdue are three clear states, with a dedicated view for everything past its date.

Three currencies side by side

Euro, pound, and dollar in one portfolio, converted through a dedicated exchange-rate proxy.

Full activity log

Every event stays readable back, so any position can be justified against the underlying facts.

Scoped per user

Row-level security in the database ties every row to one owner; shared portfolios do not exist.

Public landing site

A separate site with product explanation, FAQ structured data and analytics behind a cookie banner.
