HK Trans BV

A trilingual site that explains bulk transport and tank container haulage clearly and brings requests with the right details straight to the planning desk.

Problem

HK Trans has been hauling bulk and tank containers for regular clients in the port of Antwerp since 2016, but had no website of its own. Shippers and forwarders had nowhere to read what the company hauls, where it operates, and how fast the planning desk responds, and the only way to send a request was by phone or email.

Solution

A site with its own page per core activity, a hand-drawn map of the service area, an FAQ with the eight questions the planning desk hears most, and a transport request form that asks for the right details up front. Fully in Dutch, French, and English, with port photography in the dark blue and orange of the company’s own logo.

Result

Shippers see in their own language what HK Trans hauls and where, and every request arrives with exactly what the planning desk needs: loading point, unloading point, product, and date. An answer follows within 24 hours on working days.

What we did

A page per core activity

Two service pages: dry bulk with its three unloading methods, tank containers with the chain from terminal to customer.

Three languages

Fully in Dutch, French, and English, with a language switcher in the header and per-language metadata and sitemap alternates.

Transport request

A form with transport type, loading point, unloading point, and preferred date, with spam protection and an email fallback.

Hand-drawn Benelux map

The service area at a glance: routes from the port of Antwerp to the major cities of the Benelux.

FAQ from the planning desk

Eight real questions about cargo, region, pricing, and unloading, also readable by Google as structured data.

Local SEO

Transport business schema with home base and service area, dynamic social previews, and a trilingual sitemap.

Privacy first

The OpenStreetMap map only loads after a click, and measurement only happens after consent via the cookie banner.
