Problem

EMB Technics is a young business: a self-employed electrician and telecoms technician in Antwerp, founded in October 2025, working for homes and businesses. There was no website yet, so anyone who wanted a fault fixed, a new circuit, or better wifi had nowhere to read what the business does or how to book a visit.

Solution

A Dutch-language site styled as a fuse board: cabinet grey, yellow label tape, and breakers with a lever. The five services appear as circuits A to E, each with its own page and its own drawing instead of a stock photo. Requests go through a work order that already ticks the service, asks when the job should happen, and sends photos of the situation along.

Result

You see at a glance which service fits your question, and every request arrives as a numbered work order with the chosen service, the timing, and up to six photos. On a phone, calling, WhatsApp, and the work order sit in a fixed bar at the bottom of every page.

What we did

The main building blocks of the project, from research to post-launch follow-up.

The fuse board as the design

Cabinet grey, yellow label tape, and breakers with a lever, so the site looks like the business’s own work. Even the FAQ opens with that lever.

Five circuits, five pages

From electrical work and faults to cabling, internet, and wifi: each service gets a page with a large drawing, and a small icon on the overview.

Original drawings

No stock photos of anonymous electricians, but drawings in the style of the fuse board. A real photo later takes the place of a drawing automatically.

A work order as the quote form

Coming from a service page, that service is already ticked. You choose the timing and whether it’s for a home or a business, and every request gets a work order number.

Photos that arrive

Up to six photos per work order, resized in the browser to at most 1,600 pixels, and checked on the server to make sure they really are images.

Call and WhatsApp within reach

On a phone, a fixed bar with call, WhatsApp, and the work order; on larger screens, the WhatsApp button in the official green.

Legal details

Name with legal form, registered office, company number, and RPR in the footer, as a company must show on its website.
